The age old question, is it possible to really separate the “Art” from the “Artist”? I’ve been thinking a lot about Roiland and my love for the R&M recently and I can’t help but feel selfish.

There have been so many entertainers in the past and present who did horrible things but many people seem to compartmentalize what the artist does and their art. Roman Polanski drugged and allegedly raped a 13 year old girl in the 70s but has created truly great movies (The Pianist) that people enjoy to this day. David Bowe, Jimmy Page, Elvis, R. Kelly, Michael Jackson had sexual encounters with 14-15 year olds (MJ even younger) but we enjoy their music and celebrate them to this day. Kanye most recently with his anti- semitism. Keven Spacy with his alleged rapes. Maybe if these things happened in today’s culture, we would be more outraged but we still know they happened, yet Michael Jackson’s (estate) makes like a billion dollars a year. Every time we listen to music or watch a movie/TV show from one of these artists, we give them our money (through royalties at least). Big Cosby gets money ever time someone watches The Cobsy show. Even though Roiland is off the show, he will still legally be making money off of R&M.

How do we feel about that?

There's a lot of panic now that Justin Roiland has been fired from Adult Swim for alleged domestic battery of a woman. I would like to formally throw my hat in the ring to be the next, and final voice actor for the shows iconic characters, both Rick and Morty.

I know what you're thinking I am no Justin Roiland and I get that however, I knew someone needed to step up to the plate.

All I ask is that you endorse me to take over for Roiland, for what is most likely going to be the last season of the show!

Seen both on the sub, is there an officially correct version. Also is it Aw or a different spelling?
